To enable a high level of service to be provided to our clients, telephone support via a 0800 contact number is provided. This provides consistent support, across a portfolio regarding all swimming and/or spa pool compliance, operations, water testing and maintenance issues. It will also provide necessary support to new staff members and up-skill the knowledge base of all existing staff.

IMS Facility Management (IMS) Programme

  • The programme will be accessible to site, management, and business personnel.
  • The software programme is available on any computer or device (including mobile phones) with an internet connection.
  • A mobile device (with a Wi-Fi connection) is provided for each site.
  • Software is maintained to manage all operational requirements which will include:
    • Water test results entered into the programme.
    • Facility checks.
    • Access to direct chemical and product ordering system.
    • Access to training video resources.
    • Site microbiological water test results and certificates.
    • Access to current SSOPs.
    • Access to condition assessments and annual site inspection reports for reference.
    • Maintenance requests to be recorded and submitted for review/coordination.
    • Recording of all site incidents.
    • Access current chemical and product safety data sheets (SDSs).
    • Access current plant operational manuals and instructions.
