Project Overview

Amotto Consultancy was engaged by Acland House to conduct a condition assessment of their Boarding House Swimming Pool. The facility was inspected on 20 January 2026, during which a comprehensive visual assessment was undertaken.

The purpose of this assessment was to provide an overview of the current condition of the swimming pool and associated infrastructure, and to identify any defects, maintenance requirements, or future works that may impact the facility’s ongoing operation and use.

Project Outcomes

A comprehensive visual assessment was carried out, examining the facility’s physical condition with a focus on health and safety and compliance requirements.

The resulting Condition Assessment provided Acland House with the information needed to understand their current obligations, prioritise any required works, and ensure the pool remains safe and fit for use by their boarding community.
