Project Overview
Located in the heart of Forrest Hill – just minutes from Milford, Campbells Bay and Mairangi Bay – Parklane is a much-loved community surrounded by landscaped gardens. Early in 2023, during Cyclone Gabrielle, the facility was flooded and required extensive remedial work.
Project Outcomes
Amotto Consultancy project managed all the remedial works associated with the swimming pool, which included the following key areas; cleaning of the pool surface, refurbishment of the stainless handrails and replacement of the swimming pool plant.
On completion of the project, SSOPs were updated and staff training was provided to onsite maintenance staff to ensure the facility could continue to be safely managed and maintained for residence.
