Project Overview

Bethlehem Shores, a beloved coastal community in Bethlehem, partnered with Amotto Consultancy to optimise the performance and maintenance of its swimming and spa pool facilities.

Our journey began with a comprehensive condition assessment, followed by developing site-specific operational procedures (SSOPs). These were seamlessly melded into the maintenance team’s workflow through customised onsite training.

Most recently, we upgraded the dosing systems with fit-for-purpose salt chlorination units, promoting a more enjoyable bather experience while simplifying maintenance for the on-site team.

Project Outcomes Bethlehem Shores now enjoys improved water quality, operational efficiency, and a more practical maintenance process. These upgrades provide a safe aquatic experience for residents and reinforce the community’s reputation for premium coastal living.
