Project Overview
Metlifecare Fairway Gardens is nestled among manicured park-like grounds and boasting an exclusive location next to the stunning Pakuranga Golf Course. This is known as the ultimate in green living.
The village opened to its first residents in July 2022, with their amenities building opening in early 2023 which contained a new indoor swimming and spa pool facility for residents to enjoy.
Amotto Consultancy was engaged by Metlifecare to work alongside their development team from the initial concept design through to construction and hand over to the onsite maintenance team.
Project Outcomes
Amotto Consultancy was engaged by the development team to support the needs of the project, from concept design and compliance to handover coordination on completion, including review of the plant and equipment for practical sustainability and longevity.
We have also completed the SSOPs for the swimming and spa pool facilities and undertook staff training to ensure that the facilities will be maintained as per industry guidelines and best practices.
