Franklin Village

Franklin Village is an Oceania Healthcare retirement community in Auckland. Amotto Consultancy was engaged to manage the handover of the village’s swimming and spa pool facilities from construction to site management, ensuring a smooth transition into day-to-day operation.

The development incorporates a fully integrated water treatment system, including high-rate filtration, automated chemical dosing and continuous water quality monitoring, all designed to meet New Zealand aquatic standards and support long-term operational performance.

Project Outcomes

Amotto managed the handover process from construction through to site management, ensuring operational teams were fully equipped to take over the facility with confidence. Site-Specific Operational Procedures (SSOPs) were developed and implemented for day-to-day operations, and maintenance equipment was supplied to support ongoing facility care.

Ongoing compliance, maintenance and operational support is provided by Amotto, alongside regular microbiological water testing to ensure water quality remains safe and consistent for residents year-round.
