Project Overview

With stunning views of Te Mata Peak, James Wattie Village, in Havelock North, now boasts state-of-the-art swimming and spa pool facilities.

Amotto Consultancy partnered with Ryman Healthcare to seamlessly transition their new aquatic facilities from construction to on-site maintenance staff. The Ryman Healthcare staff was also given a complete site-specific operational procedures guide (SSOP) to allow for tailored training and ensure they had everything needed to uphold the highest industry standards.

Project Outcomes

Amotto Consultancy developed site-specific operational procedures (SSOPs) tailored to James Wattie Village’s new aquatic facilities. These procedures were compiled into a complete manual, a fundamental reference for ongoing maintenance and staff training.

We also delivered hands-on training sessions to equip the onsite team with practical knowledge and confidence to uphold safe and healthy aquatic operations. With this expert guidance, James Wattie Village now has a skilled and prepared team ready to provide a quality aquatic experience for its residents.
