Kauri Coast Community Swimming Pool

Project Overview

Amotto was engaged by SMARTZ, on behalf of Kaipara District Council, to conduct a condition assessment for the Kauri Coast Community Swimming Pool.

The objective of this report is to provide Kaipara District Council with an understanding of the current condition of their aquatic facilities and to identify works that could affect their future use.

Project Outcomes

A comprehensive visual assessment was carried out on-site in October 2024, covering the physical condition of the facility, safety and compliance checks, and a review of operational performance.

The resulting Condition Assessment gave Kaipara District Council the insights needed to understand where its facility stands today, identify priority works, and make informed decisions about its ongoing management and longevity.
