Amotto Consultancy was engaged to support Metlifecare through the full lifecycle of a purpose-built swimming pool and spa at Merivale Village in Christchurch, from design and construction supervision through to operational handover.

Our team provided complete project management across the build, ensuring the facility was delivered to a high standard, safe, accessible, and tailored to the needs of residents of all abilities. We oversaw the handover from the construction team to the site management team, ensuring a smooth transition into day-to-day operations.

Updated Site-Specific Operational Procedures (SSOPs) were developed and implemented for the new facility, alongside operational and maintenance equipment guidance and hands-on staff training to set the team up for confident, compliant ongoing management.
