Project Overview
Metlifecare Papamoa Beach Village is a seaside village with Papamoa Beach only a stone’s throw away, with the lifestyle to match, offering residents an enviable retirement option.
Amotto Consultancy was engaged to review the residents’ access to their spa pool. This was initiated by residents within the village who had raised concerns about the ease of access to the spa pool. They had expressed a desire to ensure this was improved for all residents.
Project Outcomes
Following a site meeting with representatives from the village, a plan was developed to improve the access to a standard that the residents felt confident with when using the facility.
Amotto Consultancy finalised these discussions in a report which included detailed quotes from relevant contractors required to complete the proposed scope of works discussed. Amotto Consultancy was also engaged to project manage the delivery of the works, which were completed with minimal disruption, including adding access steps and improved spa pool access, ensuring all Papamoa Beach Village residents could access and enjoy their spa pool safely and easily.
