Project Overview

Amotto Consultancy partnered with several Oceania villages to improve their operational excellence. We conducted comprehensive condition assessment reports and developed site-specific operational procedures (SSOPs) to ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Additionally, we provided onsite staff training sessions to empower their teams to meet and maintain these standards for the greater benefit of their communities.

Project Outcomes

Amotto Consultancy developed site-specific operational procedures (SSOPs) under NZS 5826:2010 Pool Water Quality, NZS 4441:2008 Swimming Pool Design, and industry best practices. These procedures were introduced to aquatic staff across six villages and formed the foundation for onsite staff training sessions, ensuring maintenance teams effectively manage clean, safe, and enjoyable aquatic facilities.

All six sites now utilise Amotto’s tailored online facility management programme, specifically designed for retirement village swimming and spa pool facilities, to simplify day-to-day compliance and operational efficiency.
