Project Overview
Metlifecare Orion Point is positioned near Hobsonville Point within an urban sanctuary on the coast. The village opened to its first residents in 2023, with their amenities building opening in early 2024 which contained a new swimming and spa pool facility for residents to enjoy.
Amotto Consultancy was engaged by Metlifecare to work alongside their development team from the initial concept design through to construction and hand-over to the onsite maintenance team.
Project Outcomes
Amotto Consultancy provided a design specification and independent advice to the development team to ensure the facilities will be able to operate within specified guidelines. We have also presented the maintenance staff with comprehensive SSOPs for the swimming and spa pool facilities and undertook staff training to ensure that the facilities will be maintained as per industry best practice.
