Project Overview

Nestled among award-winning gardens in Blenheim, Redwood Village—an Oceania community—sought Amotto Consultancy’s expertise to improve its swimming pool facility.

We began with a comprehensive condition assessment of the swimming pool facility and developed tailored site-specific operational procedures (SSOPs) that were seamlessly integrated into staff training for practical, on-the-ground application.

Amotto Consultancy also played a key role in upgrading the pool’s filtration and dosing system, simplifying operations while elevating the bather experience.

Project Outcomes

Advanced filtration and automated dosing systems have helped simplify daily operations, reduce complexity, and increase pool management efficiency. The saltwater systems improve the bather experience by providing a more enjoyable, comfortable swim.

These upgrades have decreased manual maintenance tasks and reduced the pressure on staff while giving the residents of Redwood Village a pleasant pool experience.
