Ryman Healthcare is an award-winning retirement village provider, priding itself on providing exceptional care and excellence in retirement living. It’s got to be good enough for Mum and Dad!

Amotto Consultancy partnered with several Ryman villages to improve their operational excellence. We conducted initial site inspections, which provided the foundation for developing site-specific operational procedures (SSOPs) and tailored on-site staff training sessions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Project Outcomes

Amotto Consultancy developed comprehensive site-specific operational procedures (SSOPs) based on NZS 5826:2010 Pool Water Quality, NZS 4441:2008 Swimming Pool Design, and industry best practices tailored for Ryman Healthcare.

These procedures were implemented across their network of retirement communities, shaping the way forward for on-site training and ensuring teams involved with facility upkeep and maintenance consistently maintain clean, safe, and inviting aquatic facilities for residents.

All 10 Ryman Healthcare villages now use our custom online facility management system, created specifically for retirement village operations. This system streamlines daily compliance while improving operational efficiency.
