Summerfield Villas Outdoor Pool

Project Overview

Located in Grey Lynn, Auckland, Summerfield Villas is a privately managed townhouse community with mutual facilities, including a swimming pool.

Amotto Consultancy worked with the body corporate to provide site-specific operational procedures and staff training to manage the facilities going forward.

Project Outcomes

Site-Specific Operational Procedures:

were written in accordance with NZS 5826:2010 Pool Water Quality, NZS 441:2008 Swimming Pool Design, and industry-specific guidelines
were presented to Kensington Park Residents Association in a comprehensive manual.

Onsite staff training sessions:

familiarised the aquatic staff with the SSOPs
ensured the aquatic staff at Summerfield Villas have the capability to run a well-maintained, healthy and pleasant aquatic facility.

With the SSOPs in place and staff trained to their best abilities to manage the aquatic facilities, Amotto Consultancy has ensured that the swimming pool at Summerfield Villas meets accepted New Zealand standards, therefore providing a healthy, safe, enjoyable and future-proofed environment for residents and their guests.
