Project Overview
Amotto Consultancy worked with the Hauraki District Council and undertook assessments of the three community aquatic facilities owned and operated by the Council: Waihi Swimming Pool, Paeroa Swimming Pool and Ngatea Public Swimming Pool.
Following these onsite assessments, Amotto Consultancy provided comprehensive Condition Assessment Reports for each facility.
Project Outcomes
The three site Condition Assessment Reports:
- identified compliance requirements
- prioritised maintenance needs
- provided recommendations and estimated costs for required works, and
- identified opportunities to simply improve the function and operations of the facility.
The Condition Assessment Reports provided by Amotto Consultancy means the Hauraki District Council now has a clear understanding of the current condition of its three swimming pool facilities and indicative remedial and maintenance costs for identified necessary works that could influence the future use and viability of the community facilities.
